(eng below)Super moderne 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in zentraler Lage.Am 15. August geben wir unsere gemütliche und sonnige Wohnung frei. Details zur Wohnung:Die Wohnung ist ca. 13m2 gross und befindet sich im dritten Stock. Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus, aber Sport ist bekanntlich gesund :-) Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2022 gebaut und verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essecke. Dazu bietet die Wohnung ein schönes Bad und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, von dem aus Sie eine schöne Aussicht zu Uetliberg haben. Es gibt 8 Wohnungen im Haus und zwei Waschtürme, wobei der zur Wohnung gehörige Waschturm mit zwei anderen Wohnungen geteilt wird. Alle Nachbarn sind berufstätige und freundliche Leuteeiner jungen Community, mit denen man immer gut auskommt.Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und die Fenster sind von guter Qualitätund haben elektrische Jalousien.Die Nachbarschaft:Wollishofen ist ein idealer Standort für diejenigen, die Ruhe und die Nähe zum See (10 Minuten zu Fuss) schätzen und die Nähe zum Zentrum suchen. 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, befindet sich eine Tram- und Bushaltestelle und in nur 15 Minuten ist man beim Hauptbahnhof. Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein Coop und ein Aldi. Wichtige Informationen:Wir möchten das Sofa, welches praktisch neu ist und perfekt in diese Wohnung passt, sowie das Bett im Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung lassen. Auch andere Möbel wollen wir gerne in der Wohnung lassen (z.B Esstisch), weil wir diese von der grössepassend für die Wohnung gekauft haben. There is no elevator in the house, but sport is known to be healthy :-)The apartment was built in 2022 and has a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. In addition, the apartment offers a nice bathroom and a separate bedroom with a balcony from which you have a nice view to the Uetliberg. There are 8 apartments in the building and two washing towers, whereby the washing tower belonging to the apartment is shared with two other apartments. All the neighbors are working and friendly people from a young community with whom you always get along well.The apartment is very bright and the windows are of good quality and have electric blinds. The neighborhood:Wollishofen is an ideal location for those who appreciate tranquilityand proximity to the lake (10 minutes walk) and are looking for proximity to the center. There is a streetcar and bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment and the main train station is only 15 minutes away. Opposite the apartment there is a Coop and an Aldi.Important information:We would like to leave the sofa, which is practically new and fits perfectly in this apartment, as well as the bed in the bedroom in the apartment. We would also like to leave other furniture in the apartment (e.g. dining table) because we bought it in a size that fits the apartment.
