Vertrags- und Mietdauer

Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate, wobei der Vertrag befristet oder unbefristet abgeschlossen werden kann.

Der angegebene Preis gilt für eine Mindestmietdauer von 12 Monaten. Bei kürzeren Vertragslaufzeiten erhöht sich der Mietpreis.

• 1 Monatsmiete Kaution ist vor Mietbeginn zu hinterlegen
• Die Endreinigung ist grundsätzlich im Preis inbegriffen

With Elron Club, you can easily, uncomplicatedly, and quickly rent your new apartment. We do not require any documents or lengthy application processes. In most cases, a copy of your passport is sufficient!

 

Contractual and rental period

The minimum rental period is 3 months, whereby the contract can be concluded for a limited or unlimited period.

The price shown is for a minimum rental period of 12 months. The rental price increases for shorter contract periods.

Please note the following:

• 1 month rent deposit must be paid before the start of the rental period
• The final cleaning is generally included in the price
• Heating, electricity and utility costs are included in the rent
• As soon as your booking is complete, you will receive the rental agreement to sign and for your files
• Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card
