Cellar available as shared storage. You have your own bathroom (toiled also used by our guests and the bathroom is also used for hanging clothes to dry). In addition to the rent of CHF 2'490, there is a flat rate of CHF 270 for furniture, SERAFE, WiFi, cleaning lady (approx. every 2 weeks), electricity, heating and ancillary costs.Nearby: bus stop "Waldegg, Leuen", Migros, Coop, restaurants, café, tennis, swimming pool, wellness. I'm male, and looking for a roommate for an openminded 2-person flat-share.
