Somit ist man immer am Ort des Geschehens oder schnell am Bahnhof (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Tram gleich um die Ecke).- Einen Kamin und ein riesiges offenes Wohnzimmer mit Küche nach amerikanischem Stil. Schöner kleiner Balkon mit Aussicht über die Altstadt und auf tolle Sonnenuntergänge- nur wenige Minuten Fussweg zum Naherholungsgebiet "Drei Weihern" mit tollem Blick über Sankt Gallen, Schwimmen im Sommer oder Grillmöglichkeiten- Perfekte weisse Wand im riesigen Wohnzimmer, um mit unserem Beamer einen Film oder Sport zu schauen. Hundert(e) Filme vorhanden! :)- Bad und WC getrennt, dadurch kommt man sich nie in die Quere! :)Die Wohnung selbst ist studentisch eingerichtet und die eigenen Zimmer klein (aber fein ^^), dafür der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Kamin riesig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die zentrale Lage top! Unser bereits möbliertes WG-Zimmer kostet nur 485 Franken im Monat (plus Nebenkosten von ca. 45 Franken für Internet/Billag/Strom).Per Whatsapp können wir gerne zwei Kurzvideos der WG versenden! :)<span id="hg_acw_request_data" aria-hidden="true" style="opacity:0"> 0x41b2e 0y0c26d19 0x12x77x11x40</span>
